The MOST BRUTAL mammogram I’ve ever experienced. I walked out. Never had to do that before. Never come close to this bad ever.

NorCal dropped so many balls it was rediculous. My daughter was having severe ankle pain and NorCal didn’t end up scheduling her for almost a month. The lost communication from doctor twice, had me holding on phone for 27 minutes, then 45 before not helping me!!! I had to go into office and make someone deal with me. I’m sure they do good images but they do rotten irresponsible customer interfacing!

Jeff at the front desk went the extra mile to get my doctor’s office to successfully authorize the X-rays that my doctor wanted me to have... the doctor’s office kept faxing the authorization, but nothing came through to NorCal Imaging...more than twice... so Jeff called someone he knew in my doctor’s office and managed to obtain a “verbal authorization” over the phone. Very friendly and helpful at the reception as well as the technician.
Very warm and friendly staff at the reception as well as technician. They tried to help me process my x-ray request in a timely manner. It was also a big plus that they have parking space available which makes it easy for their customers. Overall, I am happy & satisfied with the service. I will definitely recommend them to friends & family. Thank you again!
