Been on the telephone for almost an hour in spite of being number 5 and still in the queue. The lines for prescriptions and tests results remain unopened even though it says open after 13:30 hours. The surgery does not bother to contact for the reviews or about test results unless you try and contact and find out. The services are getting bad and appointments are difficult to get. I have recently joined Norbury medical practice and have nothing but praise for the surgery Dr Shah in particular has been excellent and very thorough with his diagnosis and treatment and I never experience any difficulty getting an appointment
Not a care in the world receptionists have at all. Any changes in processes I am not notified. I don’t need to go to gp every 5mins but when I do it’s important. I call at 8am I’m last in the queue then no spaces no spaces I’m left with severe withdrawal symptoms which can cause a seizure and when I call they don’t care. Call 111. Ha I don’t know what the GP is there for
Top class GP surgery. All the doctors I have seen have been very good.
I am grateful to the doctors and staff who have been looking after me for many years. The surgery is an exemplary to the NHS model of serving the patients, when they need help.
