Excellent team at Norbury Hall My father has been a resident since February 2022 . The staff are amazing , kind & supportive. I cannot thank them enough for the work they do.
My disabled sister is in extended respite care here. I have found the team to be really caring and supportive. My sister is very happy, She has a large, comfortable room on the ground floor and easy access to all facilities including the garden in her electric wheelchair. I have talked to the other residents who seem happy and well cared for too. The building and grounds are lovely so it's a pretty location too.
I honestly Wish the was a 0stars this place is the worst home I’ve ever been to as a carer myself I would definitely not recommend this place please do not send your loved ones here they had no daily records or any records in fact my sister didn’t even have to sign in and was allowed in no questions asked and was very hard to find anyone to talk to considering my uncle was supposed to be checked every 10mins I raised this to them And they reassured me that they would check on him and help to drink with the sponges when my si... read more
