Our carry out order was incorrect which caused us to make 2 trips to the store. The employees were rude and most were not wearing masks properly. The entire experience from beginning to end was completely unprofessional. Horrible customer service. I won’t return.
RecommendedDuring these tough times, I've been doing lots of ordering out food. When I got my Grubhub order from the Broad Ripple Noodles today, they had written kind messages on the napkin covers. I love the food, and this extra touch was just what I needed! Thank you!!!!
This is one of the fams favorite places to eat in Broad Ripple
After not visiting for about 6 months...we were shocked to find the portion sizes have dropped significantly. A small noodle bowl is now the size of an appetizer. It was dramatic.
would not honor my buy one get one because i had already paid. ive worked in places where we would refund and rering i wont be back.
Poor staff, all distracted kids, long time to get food, cigarette smoke wafting through the restaurant, vulgar language at full voice as they clean the dining room.
