The day after we took delivery of our new vehicle, we were advised that our sales rep was no longer with the delivery. The issue is that the rep incorrectly assigned our vehicles ownership to another person that he delivered a car for the same day as ours. Very slow nothing prepared when I got there were draging their feet with the paper work so they could detail the truck that should have been done the day before
Background: I traded 2 vehicles and purchased a new 2025 Tucson SEL on 11/31/2025. I requested the installation of a trailer hitch. I was told it would be ordered right away, and I would be kept informed as to the status of the installation. I was told I would have a loaner vehicle to drive during the installation period.
