We started looking for a truck today. Not only were the vehicles on the lot locked, we had to search for a sales person(who was very friendly when I found her), and the three trucks preowned trucks we looked at were filthy. I'm sorry but if I buy from a dealership this would leave me wondering about the quality of their service department- if they don't care enough to clean up food, ketchup stains and sticky soda....
First time purchase from Laird Noller. Looked all around and the staff here cant be beat. Doug Duffy was great. Took in for first service and very helpful and quick. will be back for next vehilce

Doug Duffy, Glendon Wilhelm, and Josh Barr were fantastic and worked so hard to get me into the perfect car for me! I absolutely love my new-to-me 2014 Ford Escape Titanium and I appreciate how welcome the entire company made me feel. I can totally see why this dealership has been so successful in this business for such a long time.
