They went as far as to send a driver over 1 hour away to get the part so we could have it for a vacation trip starting tomorrow. That is huge for us. No doubt we will continue to buy vehicles at this dealership.

RecommendedI bought a 2010 Ford Escape here brand new 4 miles on it...It just started acting up losing power down highway Wrench light came on starting scooting got it to the side and restarted vehicle seemed to get me to work in limp mode..I googled the problem at work and apparently its very common for Fords to have Electric Trottle Body issues and can be dangerous I Called them immediately told them what happened !! I was so impressed that they said to bring it in now!! They will replace the ETB and at the same time fix a power stee... read more
