Great service center. Fast and complete. However, I'm a bit frustrated that I needed some "urgent" work done and I didn't receive a phone call. Had I not looked at my information sheet before I left, I wouldn't have known that my rear brakes were in really bad shape. Since I had already paid and was picking up my car, I had to schedule a SECOND appointment for the brakes. We're still learning the ins and outs of all the extras! We love it! The drive is more quiet and smooth. We like the back-up camera, the ease in backing out a parking space and the warning sounds. Sitting higher in a vehicle seems more safe and the additional air bags within the vehicle gives us comfort and safety in mind. We look forward to a long and safe journey ahead.
I took my two vehicles to have the oil changed, and they found something wrong with my brakes on one vehicle. I agreed to let them fix that problem, then after changing the oil in the second vehicle I was told I needed $975 worth of work on it. I took it for a second opinion to a reputable mechanic and I was told there was no problems with the vehicle. Customers beware of service price gouging. I recommend a second opinion. After 20 years, Laird Noller has lost a valuable customer.
I am from PA and I had great service there. The staff here is friendly and willing to help. I love great customer service!
