Took my car to laird noller last week because the brakes went out. They replaced the blown caliper and said the car was fixed. The brakes went out again less than a week later. Took it back to the dealer and they said the bolts had fallen off the calipers. The guy at the dealer said he asked the tech if had tightened the bolts and he said he had. I could not be happier. I purchased a new F150 XL and after a few weeks decided that I did not like it because the seats did not suit my needs because I'm disabled. I went back and was able to upgrade to the XLT which had better movable seats and a lot more options compared to the XL. I got a great deal and the manager went out of his way to make sure that I got what I wanted in every aspect of the process. I could not be happier.
