Noir - more than just a Florist. So whilst walking to the Boat House for lunch we visited 'Noir' for the first time. The visit was anything but planned, but it seemed rude on such a beautiful day to walk on by [Dionne Warwick's song now playing loudly in my head]. Noir occupies the old Co-op premises on Coach Road.
