Cannot recommend Noel enough! Best estate agent I've ever met! Despite some hiccups with sellers pulling out, Noel went above and beyond to make sure the sale went through - always helpful, communicative, and he takes the most stunning property photos!

He managed the viewing and offer stage so well that it made the whole process and absolute breeze for us, providing invaluable advice throughout and ultimately leading to a sale within 5 days of marketing! Noel is a standout estate agent, I cannot recommend him enough. We have dealt with him as both buyers and sellers and in both situations his communication and care was above and beyond. In particular, during a long, tumultuous sale which coincided with me being heavily pregnant/having a newborn he always went the extra mile to clear up communication issues across the chain and make our lives as stress-free as possible. We couldn't have been more grateful for his stellar service!
