Very quick and friendly!
Big thank you to Bethan for helping me out today!
Popped in to enquire about sorting out my holiday money whilst I was in town. I was served by Bethan and she was amazing!! Made the whole experience so easy for me! Admittedly I was a bit nervous as I’ve never exchanged money for a holiday before by myself, but she explained the whole process and really put me at ease. I left feeling so relaxed about it all which took a weight off my shoulders. Absolute credit to the team!! Well done Bethan!
