Excellent customer service provided by the lady that works there. She is fantastic. I questioned why Post Office USD rate was superior and she kindly explained that the rates are different when pre-booking booking online. I was able to instantly book it on my phone then and there (took less than a minute) and the rate was indeed better than Post Office.
