Great service
Not a great experience visiting the Brixton Branch, which is the only branch in London. I had to travel all the way from Essex to check my account, only to be told I need to update my account and the amount of paper work they are asking you for it’s ridiculous. I had to return the following day with a bunch of documents just to prove who I am. My passport was not enough proof due to it being a Dutch passport, my maiden name is my primary name and my married name secondary in my passport. That was not acceptable, they need to... read more
