The exchange rate between euros and pounds is disgusting.
Horrible service, I went to exchange some dollars to pounds and I wasn’t happy with the exchange rate and they refused to give me my dollars back, saying it was already done. I never agreed to the exchange rate and the person worker was saying it was only a bit off from the rate on their website. I don’t understand how you can process an exchange without getting approval from the customer first? Classless.
I found Julie at Barrhead Travel in the Victoria centre extremely helpful. She, not only organised my holiday money, but explained the buy back policy which proved really helpful. I would recommend the service.
