I am a regular client at number one bootcamp and I have done the camp for many years. Each camp is a new experience, I cant recommend this camp enough. Its location and grounds is perfect for a camp. They tailor the food to each individual needs and it’s delicious. The trainers ( especially GEE annd DAVE are very attentive and so motivating. )the training is varied and even as a personal trainer I learn new stuff each camp. I’ve just finished my 4th stay at No1 Bootcamp. The accommodation was excellent, night big double bedroom with plenty of storage and a nice hot shower. Workouts were adapted daily to accommodate clients needs and I always feel so well looked after. Technical and nutritional advice is second to none. Would highly recommend and I will be back next year 😆

One of the best weeks I have enjoyed in a very long time. The team here are hands-down wonderful. Caring, challenging, supportive - always looking to push you to be your best. Every part of the experience is handled with care - from creating a positive group environment, to supporting each persons individual needs. I know how hard it is to run a business - and they do it exceptionally well. I will be returning without hesitation.
