We have had need to use carers more recently and have engaged a number of establishments to provide care. They are all good in their way but No Place Like Home are by a margin the best we have used. ALL the staff are diligent very caring and proactive in their help - they are lovely, and we look forward to their brief visits every day - thank you.
I have been with the company at least two years now, I am very satisfied with the company, the carers are reliable and trustworthy. I have been able to build up a relationship with my regular carers and they put me at ease.
No Place like home is 100% the best care company you could find. I used them for a approximately 3 years to care for my beloved elderly friend before he had to go into full time care. Nothing was ever to much, they treated him with love and respect and went out of their way to make sure all his needs were catered for. Everything was communicated to me and any changes were discussed and agreed well in advance to make sure everything transitioned smoothly with no affect to my friend. Cant fault the majority of carers but i most stress the foreign ones dont do a good job. They give a very poor service. The management dont seem interested when you have a complaint either. Always cutting you off mid conversation. Communication is disgusting. It was a late family member
