Neil at NMH Residential is a great rental manager. He's honest and fosters open communication while respecting privacy. The initial rental process was transparent and easy, and Neil helped me get the utilities set up--all of which was tremendously helpful, as I was moving from overseas. I have to very highly rate NMH Residential, having rented a property with them for my mother the process, support , communication, knowledge and information has been fantastic. Neil is brilliant, his knowledge and management with our rental has been great and so reassuring. What has also been great is the personal side, only talking to Neil during the day and even in the evening has been great so we really do recommend them.
Being a fresh graduate, dealing with property agents was intimidating; oftentimes, they were difficult to contact and seemingly unapproachable. Neil is the exception. Super friendly, super responsive, always available, and willing to help 200%. I wish the housing market, everywhere, was full of agents like Neil - it’d be smiles all around! Can’t recommend NMH enough.
