Excellent and personable service. Nathan was very friendly and approachable; giving us plenty of time to look around the car. It was my first time driving a different and much larger car, however Nathan was very relaxed, professional and reassuring throughout. Buying a used car there is always a bit of anxiety that the seller won’t be honest and helpful , nothing like that with Nathan at NMA car sales , very honest dealer who really cares about his customers , he made the purchase of buying my car effortless and was always on the phone with any questions I had about the car and when I noticed there was no parcel shelf in the car when I got home I contacted Nathan and within hours he had transferred me the money to buy a replacement! Excellent buying experience from NMA. Nathan was friendly and knowledgeable, not hard sell at all, allowed us plenty of time to look around the car and take it for a test drive. Nathan even delivered it free of charge. Will use him again and definitely recommend.
