Good experience
The NK staff are very professional and seem eager to ensure that all problems are addressed promptly. They responded reliably to emails and generally any maintenance issues would be resolved within a few days (depending on the urgency). The rooms are recently decorated (albeit very plain) and the kitchen facilities are particularly good. NK Property is a very good choice if temporary low-cost accommodation is required, and is particularly popular with young professions.
I have rented a room with NK property for almost 2 years, they were very welcoming and have always addressed any issues I have raised straight away. They maintain the property well and have a friendly approachable team!
