Not sure why my review keeps disappearing. So I will re write until it stays. So unreliable with the worst customer service and communication. Clearly only interested in the big buck jobs. Strung us along for over 2 weeks. Takes days on end to respond to messages. Booked in for a tap replacement. They cancelled last minute then proceeded with a message saying - going on holiday for a week. We gave the benefit of the doubt and booked for Thursday 26th October 4pm as he said he’d already bought the tap. Got message at 4pm sayi... read more
