Very disappointed with the overall service from this firm. Collins’ behavior was unprofessional and rude throughout the process. Andrew was helpful and courteous, but unfortunately that didn’t make up for the firm's poor communication and lack of follow-through. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
Never used a solicitor in my life before but I'm glad when it came to it, Nixon & Co were the company I used. Everything explained well and had no issues with them throughout the process I was using them for. Would fully recommend and would definitely use them again if the situation arises.
Absolutely brilliant, mum wanted a will completed before she passed away, from phone call to will signed 2 hours gave mum so much of a feeling of peace at a difficult and stressful time
