We worked with Barbara and Richard in 2011 when we bought a condo.The closing went smoothly. We listed the condo with them to sell in April 2014 and we closed on that deal 8/2014. We worked with them again to buy our current house 1/2015. In all three instances everything went smoothly, they were always available to answer questions, help us with paperwork, or show us properties. Their work is excellent and I would highly recommend you work with this team. You will not be disappointed!

Thanks to Tracey's hard work, our house sold in about a month. We had problems with the buyer's lender which threatened to keep us from closing on time. Tracey was tenacious with the buyer's agent and lender to get things done so we could close on the contracted date.

As a seller, the biggest hurdles come from buyers lenders. Lenders are like a box of chocolates. You never know what you'll get. I'm happy I was able to help the lender figure out a work-around so we could all close on time. Sad to see you move out of state, but now I have another friend in Florida.
Tracey was extremely helpful with every aspect of the sale and purchase of my homes. She did lots of extra things to make the transition bearable and smooth.
