Tracey is very knowledgeable about the Indiana real estate market. She keeps a watchful eye on details and is hard worker. She supported me throughout the Buying and selling process, never tiring of my many questions. Several months after closing, Tracey supported me with a home warranty issue, and I believe, went above and beyond. I would and do highly recommend Tracey.

Tracey Nix did a spectacular job staging and selling our home. We had our home listed with another realtor without any luck. Tracey came in and staged our home and we immediately had our first Open House. There was a lot of traffic for many months but no offers. We all were getting anxious and Tracey took it to the next level. She hired a photographer to take a drone shot of our property, which was very unique. Another Open House and then an offer! Way to go Tracey! I'd recommend her to anyone.

Cannot think of enough good things to say about her!!!! She sold my condo after four days with two people bidding over list and then kept them satisfied with all inspections, etc for nearly two months prior to closing.
