Tracey knows what she is doing. She is pleasant, responsive and very professional. She sold our house within 3 days of being on the market. She gave us a detailed "to do" list, which we did, and our house sold. If you do what she tells you to do, your house will sell quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend her services and will certainly use her again if the need arises. It was a great decision to hire Tracey to sell our home and purchase the new one.

Tracey has sold 2 homes and assisted w/ the purchase of 2 homes for me, and I cannot fully explain how happy I have been w/ her services. Great experience with Tracey. Opportunity to list with her was pretty serendipitous, but she worked out beautifully after a potential buyer fell through. Staged the house perfectly and went really out of her way to do a great job and make sure we were happy. She's transparent and builds a great rapport with her clients. Our place sold in 11 days—where some of the other condos in the complex were on the market for way longer. Pretty painless experience as a seller and was happy with the price we got.
Richard and Barbara were wonderful. We had to let go of our previous realtor due treating us like just a commission. Richard and Barbara went the extra mile for us by scouting out houses early and giving their honest opinion about a particular house. They were very knowledge about many neighborhoods in the city no matter what side of town we looked. They were patient with us and didn't show any frustration because they cared.
