Tracey helped me buy my house in October 2019. She was the only realtor who was looked at houses both inside and out to find the house that matched all my religious requirements. 2 years later, Tracey still catches up with me almost monthly just to say hi and check up on my wife and me. Tracey is a fantastic agent. She will tell you what is needed to sell your home and she will fight like heck for you when purchasing as well. Having worked with Tracey on two transactions I can attest to her effectiveness, her understanding of the market, what you need to fix, what you don't. It is all so easy just following her directions. We were blown away with how fast and easy this process could be after working with others who were not nearly as capable as Tracey.

Tracey Nix helped us buy 3 houses and sold 2. She is great, to the point, and knows the market. She is also incredibly knowledgeable on financial options out there that the bank may not offer until asked. She definitely saved us some money by making suggestions. She sold my first house in a few weeks and above asking during the housing market crash. She sold my second in 2 days with Multiple offers. Tracey was awesome. She was there for us every step of the way. She knows the market really well and does her research for the best value. She fights for her customers and always does what is right for them. She even helped us move out of our house without asking. Still to this day she checks in on us and if there is anything we need for our house she is there for us. Always has time to answer our questions.
