I have visited Nitty twice now for deep tissue massages as I was suffering from shoulder and back pain. I can really feel the benefit the following day and will be revisiting again in future.
My first appointment to relieve trapped nerves and knots in my shoulder blade. Absolutely first class and took time to work out issues. I've now booked another appointment next week to continue the treatment. I can't thank and praise Nitty enough for her knowledge and talking me through everything, Many thanks, Ian.
I had an hour deep tissue massage today as I have severe knots in my neck and shoulders which affects my life quite a lot. Nitty was amazing she listened to what I had to say and despite the appointment being predominantly for full body she focused mostly on my neck, shoulders and back and I'm already feeling a lot looser and already have more movement back. I'm looking forward to booking again for next week. 100% recommended to anyone who wants a good deep tissue massage you definitely get more than your moneys worth.
Booked Nitty based on the reviews and it was excellent. Totally deserves the 5 start review as there was nothing to improve. She works really hard to get your problems solved and her techniques are excellent. I am going back tonight for a 90 min session. Strongly recommend.
