Highly recommend My wife and I took our son to the nite owl peds and were satisfied with are time there. The office was clean, and the staff was very friendly and caring. We would use them again if we needed to go for minor medical care. This is not a hospital and they do not have the facility to care for major injuries.
Worse than ER I took my 1 year old to Nite Owl Ped. because of a very high fever, instead of the ER. The waiting room was full, and there were no activities for children to do while waiting. The wait was 3 hours! I would not recommend going unless your child is severly injured--then they will see you right away. There was only 1 staff worker in the office doing all the paperwork. No help at all! Waited for 1.5 hours to be seen. They were not busy. Unprofessional staff, acted as if they were doing me a favor to wait on me. Male nurse threw a temper tantrum because he tripped over a rug in the exam room. Doctor looked at me for 30seconds at most and said I had a bad cold, take over the counter meds. It could get worse and if it does come back for a follow up and I will perscribe something. Can I get the perscription now? Now only if it gets worse, then we will have to recheck you. Great Care I've been there several times and always had a great experience with a doctor and all the staff. All nurses are very nice and great with my kids. The doctor is very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. Since I discovered this place I take my kids there for all the medical problems except for shots. The rooms are big and clean. I love that place!
excellent care I have used Nite Owl 4 times in the last year. Their new facility is beautiful and the staff is great. They seem more knowledgeable than our regular pedestrian. My brother now goes for adult care since he doesn't have a primary care doctor. We highly recommend Nite Owl. Sometimes there is a wait, but not bad and not always. Don't hesitate to use them if you need a good doctor.l
Great Alternative to the ER! I am so glad there is another place we can visit instead of the ER, at least until midnight! Nite Owl also offers services for adults too. Unfortunately they do not so stitches on the face. However, the office is clean, the staff is very friendly and the wait has been manageable!
Very disappointed We took my one year old here one night after she feel and would require stitches. The paramedics told us it would be faster there than at the ER. After sitting for nearly two hours, a doctor came in and told us he would not be able to do the stitches because it was too close to her eye and we would need to go to the ER.
