I had service done on my convertible they lost a cap and I have called and been promised that they ordered it that was back in April, after several call & emails to the service manager I now get no response.
So I have been lied to twice now at Team Nissan. Went to go look at a used vehicle and it was there yesterday but not today when I even set up an appointment. Then I told the sales guys if he can get me at this payment than I will lease a new Rogue. He comes back after running my credit and said it shouldn't be an issue. So I go for a test drive and when we get back it the payment is now $75 more a month. Said, "Have a good day where are my keys?"
