I will not be getting another vehicle from TN of Manchester. Already had a new transmission, i need an alternator and my digital display has been broken since i got it and they wouldn't look at it because the display wasn't acting up when i brought it in but i have numerous videos showing what it does. Bad experience when you get a new car and ive had it less than 2 years.
I’d give it a 0 if that was an option. Use caution with these crooks! Quoted one thing and then print 5k higher wasn’t caught right away was signed and these crooks refused to fix it. Ended up purchasing a mediocre vehicle for over sticker price. CROOKS!!! Posted for a friend who is dealing with these crooks today.
Service department is a disgrace to the auto industry. They lie and waste your time. Worst treatment I have ever experienced at a dealership and I have documentation to back it up. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Roger and Dave in particular are ethically challenged. 2 hours for an oil change. very unprofessional and rude. Place is a joke
I gave team nissan a bad review yesterday due to a problem I was having. No one called me back and i got upset. Today I went down to see them personally and the problem was resolved and they handled it professionally. I apologize for rating them poor and now I feel i was treated very well. Christopher Griffin and the whole team were amazing! They really listened to what I needed, found the perfect car UNDER my budget, didn't push me or try to hard sell me, gave me a more than fair trade-in value on my old car, and got everything done so quickly! They even helped point me to someone who set me up with cheaper car insurance than what I had before! I cannot thank them enough!
