RecommendedI went in for a routine oil change on a Saturday, but their was an issue on their end that it couldn't be done. They rescheduled at my convenience and at no charge due to issue. They treat customer with the best care.
Bought a used Nissan Rogue 2 weeks ago. Great experience. Not pushy at all. I got home and one of my key fobs wasn’t working. Went back two weeks later without an appointment and they fixed it immediately no charge on a Friday evening. I will definitely be buying from them again. This is my 4th Nissan and I’ll be buying from then again.
The advisors were very helpful over the phone, at the service desk too. John helped me to get in and it out quickly so I can get to work. The shuttle driver was equally helpful dropping me off and picking me up while my car was being serviced. Even the check out process was easy.
Excellent service! The technician even pulled the car in the service garage, so I did not have to go outside during a storm
Took my car in as son as I arrived everyone was friendly and all was complete is less that an hour. Very happy with the service I received.
Everyone I spoke with at this dealership was straight forward and fully answered my questions before moving on with the process. Also, I had to come and go over a 3 day period and they respected my time restraints. All around good experience.
