Their on line Chat system is fast, and easy. We made all of our "negotiations" on line on their chat system and liked what they told us. When we arrived the next morning as we told them, they were ready for us and everything they told us in the chat was exactly as they told us in person. We have found our Nissan to be a very reliable car with no real service requirements. Team Nissan has always treated us well from sales to service. We had a couple of free oil changes that they performed and I have been changing my oil with high quality synthetic oil since then and purchasing the filter form Team Nissan to make sure the quality meets their specifications.
I go regularly for my service, they are always friendly and accommodating! Today I went for my usual service and didn’t realize they no longer do wash and vacuum! I didn’t get the memo 🥺 But, Kara offered to still do it for me and Griffin? Did a great job and went the extra mile! Thanks guys! See ya in 5000.
