Terrible. Spoke with them the night prior to a test drive on a vehicle. Made a 4:00 appointment for the test drive the following day. Left work early, when I got to Team Nissan they said they had good news and bad news. Apparently somebody had seen the vehicle and decided to buy it. What's the good news ? I was first in line according to the women I spoke to the night before. S***** business Extremely disappointed
Worst Customer Experience. Managers over there given incorrect information to make money for the dealership and also try impose them selves on customers and try ridicule them when asked something.

As a result of his behavior, profane language, and personal attacks against multiple employees of the dealership, both in person and via phone and email, he's been banned from the property. The customer has a factory defect with the mechanical operation of his convertible top, which was present when he purchased it brand new from the factory in 2019. I have been trying to resolve an issue with a 2013 Nissan Juke SL for over a long period.. I informed them that tthe trasmission is not working properly they encourage a transmission flush for $800, did it they test drove it and said nothing was wrong. Drove it for 2-3 months did the same thing. Now they tell me it needs a new transmission.. Go figure right after the extended warranty was null and void. The vehicle was already out of warranty during this occurrence. After multiple road tests, we were unable to duplicate the transmission concern so we recommended a CVT fluid flush. The transmission flush was $249.95 not $800. We want to help resolve the concern, which is why we've made a huge concession in the cost of the repair, in an effort to be helpful. Worst car-buying experience I have ever had. Was asked to come in as my lease was ending, and was told they would waive up to 4-months payments. I work as a nurse and had to change my shifts around in order to make the initial appointment. I told the individual I was looking to buy a used car, not lease again, and even told them one I saw in their inventory that I would like to test drive.
