spoke to one person last night told us what we had to do, prequalified sent them a msg back never heard from them. had to call them back for them to basically say whoever we spoke to would tell you anything to get an apt made. not friendly would not recommend.
Had a good experience with Nicky. He was upfront and candid about what I could get for what I wanted to pay. I was originally a Concord customer but I now will definitely be returning to team Nissan! I got another Rogue much nicer and with more options for the same price I was paying for the 2014 base model I previously had. Happy customer! �

Fantastic experience with this group. The dealership was large, open, the staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and best of all they were honest and didn't push my wife and I into any kind of purchase. They truly listened to what we wanted/needed and lined us up with a number of options to choose from without making it a high pressure situation. Highly recommend these guys!

They will make an appointment for you to test drive a car they have already sold so they can try to sell you something else. Sorry, we went for that particular car and are not impressed. 100 miles round trip for nothing. Thanks a lot. Don't expect me back. Hey, I know I would not go there if you said it was already sold on the phone, but your dealership would still be on the table as we continue our search. No way now.
