Never had a problem with regular maintenance check ups but believe we were over charged when we purchased our lease vehicle.
Extremely disappointed. 90 year-old relative was lured into dealership by scratch card giveaway. Once there, salespeople took one thing after another from him (license, then credit card, then keys, etc.) making him feel like he couldn't leave. Used predatory sales techniques to take advantage of an elderly individual. Ended up selling him a scratched, beat-up car and taking his car as a trade-in. Team Nissan is A JOKE. I bought a car from them just 3 months ago and the turbo is now trash, and apparently was trash when I bought it, which makes it illegal for them to sell it to me!!!! If I could rate 0 stars I would. They are awful and liars!! Do not buy from this place, all they will do is screw you. Forgot to mention, that I haven't even had my first oil change on this car and they told me it'd be 130$ for the diagnostic fee, so ridiculous. Beware of Team Nissan.

My elderly father purchased a new car from Team Nissan in Manchester, NH few years ago. He went in a few weeks ago for something simple and the mechanic found a ton of problems with his car. My father has always taken excellent care of all his vehicles and since the car didn't seem to have any problems and only has 3500 miles on it my dad said he would think about it.
