It’s truly amazing how Chinese medicine can read the body through simple observations. Dr Lucy checked my pulse and my tongue, and just from that, she was able to tell me exactly what was going on with my body—things I already knew but hadn’t mentioned to her. Carolina is a great masseuse - strong but gentle and very responsive to her clients needs. Highly recommended.
Due to constantly using my muscles for work, they seize up frequently and I get really bad muscle/nerve flare ups. So having a deep tissue massage helps relieve the tension. I went Nirvana for the first time today and had the lovely Carolina, very sweet women, who gave me the deep tissue massage. Dr Lucy Zhao and the receptionist are very friendly on both occasions that me and my brother went. Not just this but the experience is very good, as a football player my muscles are worked a lot and sometimes overworked but when I go there I come out fresh due to their expertise. I would definitely recommend to anyone having any problems with their body(any pain etc.).
Today I had a sports massage with Hana, and it was a fantastic experience. She did her job exceptionally well—very knowledgeable, caring, and professional throughout. I highly recommend her!
