Dr. D'Souza spent time listening to my concerns and future return to work expectations he was very pro strengthening and recovering.
Dr. D'Souza is an outstanding physician! I was referred to him in October 2021 with a complicated ankle fracture. He did a great job of reconstructing my ankle, but arthritis set in and I needed an ankle replacement in October 2022. I was recently released from treatment, and I am totally pain-free and able to resume my normal activities. I can't say enough to express my gratitude. I highly recommend Dr. D'Souza.
I fell and suffered a trimalleolar right ankle break in Jan 2020. I had two surgeries at a local facility in that resulted in unsuccessful fusion and was referred to Dr D’Souza. One year later I have complete fusion,I am returning to work, and am recovering better every day. The office staff, assistants, and Dr. D’Souza were excellent.
I had a long-term injury that my podiatrist was unable to repair. He referred me to Dr. D'Souza and I am grateful he did. Dr. D'Souza is extremely knowledgeable and a well-respected expert in ankle surgery. He was very thorough and explained every step of the process from the exam, surgery and recovery in a very easy to understand manner and with great patient care and respect. Dr. D’Souza was very professional and knowledgeable in assessing the fracture and laying out the treatment plan. He explained how the surgery would go and provided extremely good care. Surgery went well and healing took shorter than expected. Thankful for Dr. D’Souza!

I was referred to Dr. DeSouza for tarsal tunnel syndrome. The absolute only thing that he wanted to do was to take some of my own blood, put in a centrifuge to depressed the plasma out and then inject this into my ankle. This was without any guarantee that it would work and was a total of $500.00 pre personal pay. No insurance would cover this procedure, to me this meant that it was no approved therapy. Dr. Dsouza saved my daughter's foot! He and his office staff were awesome--caring, compassionate, and informative to both my daughter and I from the moment we met him, all the way through her surgeries and recovery. We are forever grateful that Dr. Dsouza was the surgeon she was given at the hospital that day!
Dr. D'Souza found something on my MRI that the Radiologist did not. It's nice he takes the time to look at your results instead of trusting someone else to let him know what is wrong. He did my ankle surgery and the results are fantastic.
