I went to Dr D’Souza for a second opinion about a surgery I had on my right foot, as I’d be getting the same surgery on my left foot soon. Dr. D’Souza was thorough, informative, and provided a path forward that made a lot of sense.

I suffered a complex ankle and leg fracture in October 2024, which required a long and challenging healing process. Dr. Nirain D’Souza was honest and transparent from the start, setting realistic expectations about my recovery and how my ankle would heal after surgery. His expertise, professionalism, and compassionate approach gave me confidence throughout the journey. I truly appreciate his dedication and highly recommend him to anyone in need of an exceptional orthopedic surgeon.
Dr. D'Souza was very transparent and honest that the procedure I was requesting was probably not going to move the needle enough to warrant doing it at this time. He suggested that I wait a bit longer to see how my foot and ankle progressed since I had made significant progress since last November when the orthopedic doctor wanted to do fusion surgery. Very friendly and caring bedside manner!
Read your Patient (Px) chart(s) carefully once posted on your Px Portal. May find untruths or possibly honest mistakes; nonetheless, I have discovered a few along with his PA-C in unison. Team-effort and bias seemed suspicious and am alarming others (suffering, pained, uncomfortable) using Honest Reviews and brought it to CORE's great Corp Admin Team (CORE-HOPCo).
