Fantastic service from Bijay – Tower Bridge branch I had an issue with my tyre and stopped by the Tower Bridge branch. Even though Bijay doesn’t usually work there, he immediately offered to help. His attitude was excellent, friendly, polite and very professional. I’m really grateful for his support and great customer service. Well done to him and the team!

Walked in on a Tuesday evening because my chain was loose. The guy working there was super busy but still took the time to tighten it straight away and even put some oil on the chain. Super nice and helpful — I’ll definitely be servicing my bike here from now on!
These guys are great in a tight spot. My mudguard was chewed up into my rear wheel - completely mangled and preventing my wheel from moving in either direction. NipNip had me back on the road in 5 minutes. They don't rip off either - Saw the guy in front of me being offered a replacement link instead of a new chain.
