I've been living at Nine12 for over a year now and it is by far the best apartment complex in the Orlando area. The community is great and you're just a short drive from downtown as well as the theme parks. The staff of this apartment complex are the best. From the front office team, to the maintenance guys and management, they are all so great! This place is wonderful and my fiancé Christina and I couldn't be happier that we will call Nine12 our home for at least another year!
Nine12 is such a great place to live. We recently moved from Ohio to Florida and we are so happy to call Nine12 our first home here! The amenities are amazing and the staff is so friendly and helpful. We love being so close to everything Florida has to offer. Our apartment is beautiful and we love it!
Forget about Disney, the office at Nine12 Gateway is the happiest place on earth!

Absolutely the best place to live. I LOVE it here! It's so beautiful, and you can't beat the amenities! They really thought of everything! They have an amazing staff, two who really stick out are Melissa and Todd. They really go above and beyond to make you feel at home! If you haven't checked this place out yet, what are you waiting for!!??
