Nine12 has been my home only since the end of March this year and I can honestly say that I absolutely love love love it so much!! The staff is super cool and maintenance is on top of things. The amenities are great and we have fun!!!! Highly recommended to anyone looking to rent.

Nine12Gateway is a wonderful place to live! We’ve been here for a year and a half and just love it! Staff is beyond awesome and helpful, clean property, nice amenities and the apartments are so nice. This place is truly home.
I have lived here going on about 10 months. Very clean community and is very well ran. Emily is great and would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place. The location is great especially if member of RDV and quick access to I4.

Been living here since they opened and I must say, Nine12 is a really great community. The staff is super friendly and helpful which makes apartment living easy. I’d recommend them and have to several friends. It’s comfortable, well maintained, and in a great location in and around town to do things. Looking forward to renewing for another year!
