This community is beautiful and clean with great amenities and an even greater staff! Our clubhouse truly feels welcoming and like an extension of our space. Management treats you with personality and care, and I always leave with a smile and bright energy after talking with them! 10 out of 10
This complex has the most helpful staff, and I just renewed my lease. The amenities are wonderful and comparable to a resort. The clubhouse being open 24/7 is also a plus, and the neighbors are always friendly and make the community feel very inviting.
The service that I received as I walked into the office was very welcoming. I love the atmosphere that the Management and workers have created. The process was explained very thoroughly. Melissa made me feel as if I was already a resident in the community. If you are looking for a place to come home to everyday nine12 Gateway is the place for you. I will definitely recommend it to all of the people I know. Thank you for the exuberant experience.
I just moved here and it is hands down by far the best apartment I've ever lived in! The amenities are amazing and the community is even better! If you're looking for a new place to live this is the place! Rebecca in the front office is wonderful, and very helpful with the move-in process!
