Can’t say enough about this amazing apartment complex! Incredible staff, amenities, and a beautiful place to live!
It’s been a few months and I absolutely love it! Looking out my window at the pool makes me feel like I’m at the resort. Maintenance is diligent at cleaning the pool and grounds every morning and office staff work hard to throw community events and sometimes set out treats in the clubhouse. It’s such a nice community and a great location - essentially 5 minutes from any store you might need!
They have the most friendly staff here. They really care about their residents. We have the most beautiful pool area and everything is so well-maintained. Love living here!

We adore Nine 12! We have lived here since August of 2016, and have had zero complaints. Everything is clean, the staff is so nice, and anything that needs attention is addressed immediately.
Todd and his staff puts their residents first and ensures everyone has a great experience.
