Nine12 Gateway is an amazing place to live in Altamonte Springs. The apartments are large and in pristine shape. The community is wonderful - there is always a friendly face at the pool 🏊♀️ , in the gym 🏃🏻♀️, or even right next door🙋🏻♀️. The location could not be more ideal, with a grocery store and restaurants right across the street, and an abundance of shopping within just a few miles. I have lived here with my boyfriend for almost a year and we love it! It is so quiet and cozy in our apartment. The staff is so friendly and helpful and the maintenance team is the best! Very safe and clean! With great amenities. I would recommend this community for anyone!
The experience has been an excellent one!!! After looking around for a lot of apartments, Im really happy with my decision and the whole administration and maintenance team.
I wouldn't recommend that you move to Nine12 Gateway. The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything going on with your neighborsThe.. carpet in the hallway are dirty. To be completely honest with you you this place is way overpriced. You'll end up having to deal with coming home and not finding a parking spot.
I really love my apartment! I love the serenity of the complex and location. The pool area is relaxing and enjoyable. I have yet to use the fitness center, but I will be soon.

From the very beginning Emily & Melissa have been so attentive & welcoming! Anytime I have put in a work order it gets done immediately & maintenance always goes above and beyond. Highly recommend this community!
