DR. Patel is the best. My experience was amazing. DR. Patel and his team truly seemed to care about me. He answered any question I had. He Followed up with me and made sure I was okay. It shows that he takes pride in what he does. I can't thank him enough for what he did. He really is amazing and I hope he continues to do a great job. I highly recommend DR. Patel. Best doctor I ever met.

Let me start by sating I am not a patient. I was calling for my wife to set up an appointment. The lady I talked to was very unprofessional. When someone is looking for a Dr. in this field(neurosurgery), we expect compassion and understanding. This lady hung up on me. Hopefully the Dr. has better people skills. I've heard good things about Dr. Patel but I guess I'll keep looking.

Dr. Patel is the best and brightest that you could ask for in his field! I just had my second procedure, cervical fusion, at the end of January and as before, with my lumbar fusion, he did a great job and spent a significant amount of time at my follow-up answering my questions. Over the past year, in passing conversation with different doctor's I've seen, my surgery and his name have come up and they have all commented on what a fantastic surgeon he is, so he is obviously very well respected in the medical community as well... read more

I highly recommend Dr. Patel for the excellent job he did to relieve my neck/shoulder pain. After having PT and spinal injections that didn't work for over a year, my pain was completely gone the minute I woke up from anesthesia after my ACDF surgery on Jan. 31st. His bedside manner is excellent, he is so personable and caring, as is his Nurse Practioner and his office staff.

Dr. Nimesh Patel at Moody Brain and Spine is one of the kindest and most personable physicians I have ever met. More importantly, he is a talented surgeon. His office staff is very pleasant and greet you with a smile. They all made what was a stressful situation much more tolerable. The treatment at Methodist Dallas could not have been any better. An all around awesome experience!

I will provide another revision of the review after we determine the issue my wife had as a result of her three-level cervical fusion that was performed in November 2019. The initial surgery and two-night stay at Methodist were very good; however, the aftercare and trying to reach Dr. Patel is atrocious!!! There is no way you can reach either Dr. Patel or his nurse Ms. Castellanos. Everything must go through the medical assistant (MA), even if you #0, you must leave a message with the MA. Dr. Patel is amazing. I suffered with lower back pain, shooting pain down my leg, and numbness in both feet. After chiropractic treatments for over 6 months and my pain still increasing, I had an MRI and was referred to Dr. Patel. I felt I was in great hands after meeting him at my initial appointment. ACDF surgery on 10/15......No complications.....Pain never worse than a 2/10....Scar healed and unnoticeable after 2 months......Thank you, Dr Patel!

Amazing doctor. He did wonders for my mother who had severe arthritis in her spine. She could walk no more than 5 minutes before the surgery, but now she can walk with no issue.
