I would recommend Dr. Havard to anyone who needs to see a cardiologist. He’s extremely knowledgeable. And he cares & listens to his patients! You never feel rushed. Been with him for over seven years without any complaints. Great support staff also!
Haven’t been able to get someone to answer his phone to make an appointment. Leaving a message doesn’t help, having my primary Dr send a referral months ago doesn’t get a response, finally getting a person to answer and then transferring to scheduling where I get a voicemail stating they will return my call….3 days later and still no call. What a horrible way to run an office! This is an excellent way to destroy your business. I went to see Dr. Nimesh for a second opinion on surgery for L4 and L5. The first physician had recommended a TLIF but that surgery is extremely invasive. Dr. Nimesh said he had examined the X-rays of my back and said he could do an ALIF surgery which is not as intrusive. I was afraid and postponed the surgery until I could no longer stand the numbness and pain that would not let me function. Dr. Santone is caring, interested in the whole person, not just the disease. Great listener, always easy to talk to. She or her off respond quickly to messages and calls.
I recently had a laminectomy performed by Dr. Patel and his surgical team. What a life changing experience! I had stenosis at L4-L5 that caused extreme pain radiating down the back of both my legs. Often there were times, prior to the surgery, I was even on crutches.
