Dr.Parcell was excellent at listening to my needs and concerns as well as the surgery itself. I was comfortable knowing I was in good hands.
I saw Dr. Patel because I was having severe back pain. In 2015 another surgeon performed 360 back fusion and this year I started having cripling back pain. Dr. Patel had several tests done and found that I had alot of scar tissue and the nerves in my back were bunched up. He cleared up the scar tissue, took care of the nerve issue on Tuesday, July 12 and I was released from the hospital by the next day with minimal pain. I was bleeding a lot and went to find out what was wrong. Dr Hackett had me sit in his office for a consultation, but I told him I needed it looked at that day. He's like, so you want to look at it. well, duh. Any one bleeding profusely from the rectum, it may seem there is an issue there. He looked and didn't say much of nothing. Dr Wahys is hands down one of the finest doctors I have ever had. She is family practice so she can address a variety of conditions with her long impressive experience and impressive diagnostic skills. I was a practicing RN for almost 4 decades. Dr. Wayhs is an incredible doctor. I have not received this kind of care since I was a child and doctors did home visits. She not only is thorough, she cares about 'Your' health and well-being. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and explains your diagnosis/treatment in ways you can understand. I am very confident that Dr. Wayhs will provide the best care possible and she has gained a life long patient with me.
I am writing this review on behalf of my 77 year old father who suffered from lumbar stenosis causing pain which radiated down his entire leg and greatly affected his quality of life. I had a laminectomy and was very pleased with both Dr. Patel and his office. I work in a hospital and he was recommended by all. Very professional and technically skilled. Questions were always answered. I needed FMLA paperwork completed and office staff was helpful and responded quickly.
