Words cannot express how grateful I am for Dr. Patel. His skill as a surgeon is excellent! His manner with his patients and their families is kind and caring. He explains what he will be doing with your condition and why and is honest about the results that is expected. He is a 5 star Dr. and human being. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needed a Neurosurgeon.
I highly recommend Dr Patel and his staff. 8 weeks post-op for three level cervical fusion. Immediately felt relief that continued throughout recovery. Can hardly even find the incision now and I now have more mobility in my neck than pre-op. No real pain Post-op. One small issue after surgery with inop deltoid but, with PT, nearly back to normal. My fault...waited too long for surgery. Dr Patel is a great guy and outstanding doc. His staff is excellent (Stacey, Melva, Lisa).

The most important thing to me, is that he exudes total confidence when explains you how is he going to perform the procedure you need, cervical fusion in my case. I would recommend Dr Patel to anyone looking for a good Neurosurgeon. I recently visited Dr Patel for a rare spinal disorder that I was very concerned and worried about it. Dr Patel is very knowledgeable about my spinal disorder. Dr Patel took time and answered all of my questions that I had and he put my mind at ease. Dr Patel was very confident in answering all of my questions and I felt that without a doubt he knew what he was talking about. Dr Patel is very caring and he is so handsome!!
I highly recommend Dr. Patel. I would refer any of my friends, family, and strangers his way. From the 1st moment he walked into the exam room to the day I had my follow up for my Disc Fusion surgery he completed in 3/26/18 he is knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, knows what he is doing, and has an amazing bedside manner. He is A+ in my book and he has found a way to get me out of extreme pain and loving life again. Dr. Patel thanks for fixing me! Words do not express how much you mean to me.
Dr. Patel is very professional and knowledgeable. I was admitted to the emergency room and had an MRI on my back on a Sunday and they scheduled the surgery for Thursday. After Dr. Patel reviewed my MRI he moved the surgery to Tuesday knowing the pain that I was in and I am so thankful as this Micro Endoscopic discectomy surgery has corrected my back pain and it is so awesome to now live without the unbearable back pain. I totally recommend Dr. Patel and I am very grateful for the job he did.
He diagnosed me, ive been having trouble for years and he fixed the problem in two visits very EXCELLENT Dr would recommend to anyone having back or neck injuries. Very caring and great Dr. We were so blessed and thankful we found him!!
Had my second surgery on February 23, 2018 with Dr. Nimesh Patel, a very skilled Neurosurgeon! He is a kind, compassionate surgeon and I would highly recommend him! He is a part of the Moody Methodist Brain and Spine Institute! Looking forward to being in much better health when I have recovered from this surgery!
Dr. Patel repaired a herniated disc four months after original repair by another doctor. First doctor wanted to fuse this disc but Dr. Patel opted to make second repair. Four years later sidelined again from stenosis. Again, Dr. Patel corrected the problem and though just less than 3 weeks after surgery, all is going well. I hope not to need his service again but if I do, I have no hesitation seeing him. And his staff is great! Very compassionate and helpful.
