After suffering many years from chronic back pain, injections, non invasive procedures and a 3 level spinal fusion my pain got increasingly worse. My first appointment I saw Stacey, she is so kind and instantly eased my mind. My second appointment I met Dr Patel and knew that I was in good hands. He was confident that surgery would help and it did. Dr Patel is very personable and is a phenomenal surgeon! I highly recommend him.

After suffering with extreme pain in my arm and neck from 2 herniated discs for a year and a half, Dr. Patel did a multi-level ACDF surgery and I've had no pain since. I highly recommend Dr. Patel for anyone suffering from herniated discs.

Dr. Patel is the finest surgeon I've dealt with. He performed a multiple cervical fusion, and I have virtually no difficulty recovering -- very minimal pain. This is my 5th spinal fusion surgery, and from start to healing, my very best experience. I was on my feet romping up and down the hospital halls, a couple hours after surgery. I love his surgical skills, but my best compliment involves the amazing post surgery support team Dr. Patel and his team put together.

Dr. Patel and his entire staff were fantastic during a scary time for me (needing cervical spine surgery due to pressure on spinal cord). The surgery went well and I had no problems whatsoever during my recovery. Just an excellent surgeon with an excellent staff.

Had unbearable pain in neck, shoulders, arms and hands. Had numbness in fingers. Had burning in arms, hands, and fingers like they were dipped in hot grease. No longer have any of these. Mary Baxter

Let me caveat first that I have not had surgery from Dr. Patel yet and hopefully won't have to, but if I do he's the one I want doing it. I've herniated by L5-S1 twice now. Once in 2006 and the other time in September of 2017. Physical therapy helped but the ache in my right leg and lower back remains constant. I want to say that when he met with me, I had a list of 35 questions. Not once did he rush me. He listened and was extraordinarily patient. He gave me so much peace and confidence.

Dr. Patel is a very caring and skilled Surgeon. His staff and assistants are all very professional. Recently underwent a spinal fusion procedure that changed my quality of life. He is attentive in listening to the patients concerns and needs. Was very forthcoming with the risks and expectations after the surgery. He is very confident and made me feel I was in the very best of hands for this most serious surgery. Appointments and post surgery care were focused on my convieniance.

Horrible experience. Took forever to see him, then I got his PA and never even saw Patel. Maybe I’m a routine case, but I’m not going in for back surgery w a guy who can’t even introduce himself. Called his office 4 times with no return calls. Horrible. I’ll go elsewhere where I’m treated like a human being and not a widget on a conveyor belt.

Dr. Patel is amazing! I had a synovial cyst in my back which caused a simple thing such as walking to be very difficult. During my first visit with Dr. Patel, we went over the MRI and he gave me options to choose from. I felt confident Dr. Patel was the best choice for me. Dr. Patel, his assistant, and staff are wonderful. The staff worked with my schedule, and I didn't have to wait for a long time to be seen. I would certainly choose Dr. Nimesh Patel again.
