After viewing several model homes with other builders, we walked into a Nilson Homes model (Siena). We knew from the start, this was our home! We loved the floor plan. We spent a few months talking to a lot of builders. We ended up choosing Nilson based off the pricing and information that was provided by their model home representative, Chad Felter. The pricing was lower than the other builders and the quality of home seemed to be the same as the other builders.
