We had such a great experience with Nilson. From our initial meeting all the way to closing we felt informed and valued as customers. The design studio was a wonderful experience with Jossilyn, she had wonderful design expertise while also being very open to hearing what we wanted and needed in our home. We absolutely loved working with Nilson Homes. This was the first house that we have built and I can't recommend Nilson Homes enough. They made the entire process much less stressful than I could have imagined. The design studio was a great experience and the ladies there were very helpful with suggestions when we weren't exactly sure what we wanted. We closed on our home 2 weeks ago and have been very happy with it. The entire building process was really a breeze with Nilson. They walk you through everything. Heidi Iverson was great to work with! People talk about how stressful building is, but it didn't feel that way for me because Nilson was so on top of everything. We have had some warranty issues since we moved in, but Nilson was very responsive and helpful to get things taken care of quickly.

We just finished our home and we were so happy with not only the finished product but the process as well. Our superintendent was amazing, the design process was thorough and well thought out and our home is beautiful. We even survived our first earthquake with no issues! From first contact with Heidi to the hand off of keys at closing, we have been impressed and happy to work with Nilson Homes.

I really enjoyed working with Heidi Iverson. She was always quick to respond and answer any questions I had. The girls at the design studio were very helpful and made the process easy. They took a lot of stress and pressure away knowing what colors would look best together to narrow down options. My only complaint is that the contractors they hire for certain things, seem to do lazy jobs. Nilson is really good a selling homes but once the house is completed they don't honor the warranty. Also appears to be in bed with the city inspector. When he was contacted regarding our issues he knew the builder and the property before he was told which one it was. This is the third house and most expensive we have had built and more problems and never seen a builder so unwilling to correct the problems.

We enjoyed building a home with Nilson homes. We loved working with Heidi Iverson. She was great to work with and really listened to what we wanted and to some of our concerns. We enjoyed the design studio and how personalized we were able to design our home. The design studio was also nice because we were able to see all of our choices in one convenient place. We really love our home we built with Nilson Homes! We love the look, the layout, and the community we chose.
